The name IntiTrust Health begins with Inti, symbolizing light, guidance, warmth, and life. Living in Peru and surrounded by the history of the Andes, I was inspired by what Inti represents: bringing visibility where there is uncertainty and clarity where people need it most. Combined with Trust, IntiTrust Health was born from a simple idea: To strengthen trust between residents, families, caregivers, and leadership. Because trust is the foundation of every exceptional community.

Why IntiTrust Health Exists

As I learned more about the senior living industry, one theme kept emerging: Families want peace of mind. Caregivers want more time to care. Leaders want greater visibility into their communities. Yet critical information is often scattered across disconnected systems, spreadsheets, paperwork, emails, and phone calls. IntiTrust Health was created to bring people, processes, and information together-helping communities operate with greater transparency, accountability, and confidence.

I've also designed AI-powered and agentic solutions that automate complex workflows, improve decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes. Those experiences inspired me to bring the power of AI and intelligent operations into healthcare and senior living-where even small improvements can make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
